Action building maintenance provide a wide range of services, spreading across the building sector.
Although we have long term property maintenance contracts with various organisations, we also carry out small
one-off jobs for private individuals.
 We provide a 24-hour emergency call out service, primarily for blocked drains, leaks and the securing of properties.
This service is purely for those essential emergency jobs which have to be done out of hours. We provide a written report, detailing any follow-up work required, which would be carried out
during normal hours.
